TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Our Contract

1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of goods sold by Plusen  Ltd (No. 7593238 , VAT GB112370461) (“we” and “us”) to the customer (“you”) and constitute the entire and only agreement between us in relation thereto.

1.2 All orders placed by you are on the basis of these Terms and Conditions and are subject to acceptance by us by delivery of the goods to you at which point a legally binding contract is constituted between us. The processing of your payment and acknowledgement of your order does not constitute legal acceptance of your order.


2. Price & Payment
Plusen Ltd reserve the right to change prices and specification without notice. VAT is chargeable at the current rate on the total of the goods together with any carriage charge.

3.Delivery Times 
Our standard delivery time is 1 to 5 working days from when your payment has cleared. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday between 9am and 1pm, (except for Bank Holidays).
All orders are delivered via Royal Mail or APC Overnight. Although this does not 'guarantee' a delivery time it has proven to be a very effective way of delivering our products. If you have any questions or queries regarding delivery please contact us.


4. Cancellation & Returns


4.1 How to return a product
To return a product, please contact our Returns Centre by Emailing: info@plusen.co.uk  quoting your Web Order Number and the product(s) that you wish to return and the reason for the return. You must notify Plusen Ltd within 7 days of receipt of goods that you wish to cancel your order. To do this, please e-mail us or write to us. No returns will be accepted without prior notifications. We may not accept returned products without a warranty, proof of purchase and original box. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future. We do not charge an administrative fee’s during the 7 working day cancellation period. Please keep all the warranty information that accompanies your item, as this will be needed should there be a fault. In the unlikely event that you have a faulty item, you may find it quicker and easier to contact the manufacturer directly so that they can rectify the problem for you. Incorrectly ordered or incorrectly supplied items must be returned to us unopened, unused and in original condition including original packaging and all accessories including any gift vouchers, free gifts etc. All items must be returned in good condition. In the event of Plusen Ltd sending you a replacement for a damaged or defective item, you must return the original item to us within 14 days.


4.2 Where to send your returns

4.3  How and when refunds are processed
Refunds are processed within 30 days of order cancellation. A refund will only be given in the same form of payment originally used to make your purchase.


4.4  How refunds are calculated
Full refund of the cost of the goods is wholly conditional upon the above conditions being met and the refund will only be authorized after a full inspection of the goods by our Returns Centre to check for completeness and correct product return

4.5 Damages
Damages or shortages must be notified within 10 days of invoice date.
